NodeBoss is the network orchestration layer that keeps the entire Ndeipi protocol coordinated and auditable. It governs validator node registration and performance, manages UTMD and ITMD device onboarding, enforces escrow suite logic across all five suites (E1 through E5 including M&A provisions), and maintains CRDDF compliance reporting under Zambia's Credit Reporting Act 2018 and NFIS 2024-2028.
