Tokenization Engine

The Ndeipi Tokenization Engine converts real-world assets into on-chain instruments settled on Polygon. Supported asset classes include gold, copper concentrate, real estate, agricultural produce, and renewable energy credits. Each token is issued under the RWAB (Real World Asset Bond) structure, with escrow suite governance across five suites (E1 through E5) including M&A provisions.

What to Expect

Institutional and retail holders gain regulated on-chain exposure to African real-world assets without requiring direct commodity market access. The engine supports the Afro Gold Dollar stablecoin issuance, NdeipiCoin reserve backing, and the Migodi-Auric gold cooperative tokenization programme in Zambia.

Qualifications & Requirements

The tokenization engine operates under Ndeipi's IPPA with the Government of Zambia and the CRDDF framework governed by the Zambia Credit Reporting Act 2018. Institutional custody is coordinated through the Lusaka Securities Exchange and ABSA Bank Zambia.
