Dr. Tyrone Moodley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ndeipi Inc., a Web3 financial infrastructure company purpose-built to make Africa's productive assets legible to global capital markets. With over 25 years of experience spanning quantitative finance, capital markets technology, blockchain infrastructure, and enterprise software architecture, Dr. Moodley brings a rare combination of deep technical execution and institutional strategic vision to one of the most consequential financial inclusion mandates of our time.

Dr. Moodley's career has traversed the full spectrum of financial technology. He led the architecture and development of a Mortgage Hedging Application built on Vue 3 and ASP.NET Core for a major capital markets division -- a system requiring precision IFRS17 compliance, real-time Monte Carlo stress-testing, and AI-powered hedging agent integration. This work reflects the quantitative finance rigour that underpins Ndeipi's institutional-grade approach to infrastructure development.

At Ndeipi, Dr. Moodley leads the design and deployment of the company's three-layer physical-world oracle stack -- UTMD, ITMD, and NodeBoss -- which together bridge real-world asset activity to verifiable on-chain records on the Polygon network. He also oversees the Ndeipi Quant Fund Division, which deploys AI-powered hedging agents, blockchain-integrated real-world asset tokenization pipelines, and institutional capital structuring frameworks across Zambia and the broader Sub-Saharan African market.

Dr. Moodley holds a B.B.A. in Information Systems, Accounting, and Cyber Security from the University of Texas, and a PhD in Computer Science from Universidad Azteca.
