George Kachambwa

George Kachambwa serves as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over 20 years of enterprise software engineering experience across the .NET ecosystem, microservices architecture, and full-stack JavaScript development. Based in Canada, George has built and delivered mission-critical systems across multiple industries, with a career defined by architectural rigour, cross-platform integration, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-grade technology.

Most recently, George architected an NFT Broker Portal built on Next.js, Node.js, and ASP.NET Core -- a sophisticated system bridging traditional enterprise data environments with Web3-oriented applications. This work exemplifies his capacity to operate at the intersection of conventional financial systems and emerging blockchain infrastructure, a capability central to Ndeipi's technical mission.

George's technical leadership encompasses system design, API architecture, cloud infrastructure, and the full software development lifecycle. His experience across Canadian enterprise environments has equipped him with both the discipline of large-scale institutional delivery and the agility required to build at the frontier of decentralized finance.

George holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Physics from the University of Zimbabwe (2004), grounding his engineering practice in first-principles thinking across both computational and physical systems.
