Vernon Steward serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ndeipi Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience building and scaling technology platforms, venture-backed startups, and enterprise innovation programmes across North America, Europe, and Africa. A seasoned operator and institution builder, Vernon has consistently demonstrated the ability to translate ambitious strategic vision into disciplined operational execution.

Vernon is the founder of Bionic Labs, an innovation studio acquired by Accenture and integrated into Accenture Song -- a testament to his ability to build ventures of genuine institutional value. As a former CEO of Prota Studios and Partner at Prota Ventures in New York, he has contributed to the growth of companies including Figment, Stix Golf, Bird Buddy, and AI Layer Labs, while delivering innovation programmes for marquee global enterprises including Citi, Visa, Exelon, Clorox, and Dior.

At Ndeipi, Vernon oversees the operational architecture of a multi-jurisdictional platform spanning Toronto, Lusaka, Kingston, and Dubai. His mandate encompasses partnership development, go-to-market execution, and the scaling of Ndeipi's NodeBoss infrastructure network across Sub-Saharan Africa -- ensuring that strategic intent translates into ground-level delivery.

Vernon holds an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in English and Pre-Law from the University of Cape Town -- a formation that reflects both his global commercial orientation and his deep connection to the African continent.
