Kay Chua Ginsburg

Kay Chua Ginsburg serves as Chief Investment Officer of Ndeipi Inc., bringing nearly two decades of experience across institutional asset management, private wealth, hedge funds, investor relations, and blockchain capital markets infrastructure. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Kay is one of Canada's most accomplished practitioners at the intersection of traditional finance and on-chain asset markets.

Kay's most consequential institutional contribution came at 3iQ Corp, where she played a central role in the design and launch of the world's first publicly listed Bitcoin fund on the Toronto Stock Exchange -- a landmark milestone in the institutional legitimation of digital assets. She also contributed to the launch of Canada's first global multi-crypto asset fund, cementing her reputation as a builder of regulated, institutional-grade digital asset products.

Her capital markets experience extends to Director of Investor Relations at Champion Iron, a TSX-listed iron ore producer, where she managed institutional relationships and strategic communications at the interface of commodities, capital markets, and ESG disclosure. She is also a co-founder of PERCS, a decentralized commerce and NFT platform, reflecting her commitment to building at the frontier of on-chain financial infrastructure.
